What is Déjàmor?

With Déjàmor, we’ll take care of the creativity and lay out a carefully planned night of romantic and sensual intrigue.

How long is the subscription?
Subscribe for as long as you want! You may cancel anytime, effective next billing cycle, by visiting dejamor.com/cancel. Please note, however, that we cannot accept cancellation requests via email.

What is your shipping policy?
We use USPS and FedEx to ship the Déjàmor experiences, and we charge a flat-fee of $7 for addresses in the US. Please see our policy for international orders if your shipping address is outside the US.

Are there any hidden fees?
There are no hidden fees or surprise billings. We charge a simple, monthly subscription amount, billed as “RC Labs” to maintain the utmost discretion.

How can I keep this private?
Déjàmor always ships in discreet packaging. We are incredibly sensitive to our customers’ privacy concerns, and nosy neighbors won’t be a problem for you.

Can I gift a Déjàmor subscription?
Of course! Many of our customers gift Déjàmor to their friends and parents! It’s truly the gift that keeps on giving. Simply enter your recipients shipping address during the checkout process.

What is your return policy?
Naturally, you cannot return any used or opened products. Feel free to contact our support team for more information.

When can I expect my first shipment?
We ship all of our boxes on the last business day of every month. So you can expect your box of fun a few days after that.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship from our distribution center in the United States to any international destination. In addition to your monthly subscription cost you will be charged between $14 and $30 (depending on outgoing package weight) for USPS First Class International Mail cost to your destination. Also, any additional duties, taxes, or fees will be the responsibility of the receiver. According to USPS, these fees vary by country but should rarely be more than 8% of your monthly subscription cost. Consult your local shipping and and customs authority for exact rates. International shipments may take up to several weeks to reach your destination and is subject to delays by your home country's customs office. Lastly, we can remit only the subscription cost -- not the additional international shipping cost -- if you request a cancellation or refund.
